Editor’s Note: This is a work in progress.
Do you remember the Sohrab Ahmari vs. David French debate?
Military-grade weapons should have no place in our streets.

In a historic cover editorial, the NYPost comes out in favor of banning assault weapons. Now.https://t.co/ZYOVSFzZVR
Bill Mitchell is prepping the Qtarded to Trust The Plan:
Let’s be real folks. When the second amendment was written, “arms” meant single shot muskets which took 2 minutes to reload. We need modern laws for modern weapons. I believe Red Flag Legislation is a reasonable middle ground which protects our rights as well as our lives.
— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) August 5, 2019
RED FLAG LEGISLATION petitions the court to temporarily seize weapons from the possession of those deemed by family members or the police to, “present a danger to others or themselves.” (i.e., crazy people)
— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) August 5, 2019
Lindsey Graham supports this due process plan and so do I.
Absolutists bore me. All they do is wave their arms and stomp their feet, but at the end of the day, the don’t get a damned thing done.

So, you will sit home and get Socialists elected because you’re a one issue voter?

Q speaks in riddles, why?
— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) August 5, 2019
Because riddles encourage their followers to THINK and RESEARCH. If I say it you doubt it. If you say it it’s true. By speaking in riddles, Q prompts followers to find the TRUTH themselves and being THEIR truth, it IS true.
This argument against Red Flag Legislation is like the argument against National Voter ID, something I also support.
— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) August 5, 2019
Those opposed to National Voter ID say it’s bad because, “Uncle Sam can track you!” I have news, he already can.
National Voter ID would solve SO many problems.
Anyone unhappy with my position is free to unfollow me. No one is forcing you to be here.

But we do need to solve this mass shooting problem and since the shooters seem to all be INSANE and we KNEW it, I think we need to get powerful weapons out of their hands before they kill.
Let’s be real folks. When the second amendment was written, “arms” meant single shot muskets which took 2 minutes to reload. We need modern laws for modern weapons. I believe Red Flag Legislation is a reasonable middle ground which protects our rights as well as our lives.

If Red Flag Legislation is passed by the Republican Senate, it would be the second major step forward toward gun control under Blompf:
Trump pushes ‘red flag’ laws, which seems like a sensible step.

Lindsey Graham says he and Sen. Blumenthal are introing legislation to urge states to adopt red flag protection order laws pic.twitter.com/dJ4Vs1dWV1
— Alana Abramson (@aabramson) August 5, 2019
Judiciary Chair Lindsey graham was drafting “red flag” legislation Trump is calling for. It allows police to preemptively seize someone’s guns. Notably it would *not* make this legal cross-country, it would provide grants to states that pass red flag laws. https://t.co/lkC0oJKs2W

Black Conservatives are supporting it:
Lol its funny how most trump supporters dont agree with the Red Flag legislation even though Trump supports it…We are not a monolith
